Return and Refund Policy
This Return and Refund Policy applies to orders placed through Healthly Supply, operated by TRICOTAGE DES VOSGES SA.
30-Day Return Policy
Customers may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unopened, unused, complete, sealed where applicable, and in its original condition.
Supplements and health products can only be returned if unopened, unused, and sealed.

Return Shipping Costs
For standard returns, the customer bears the return shipping costs.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, we will bear the reasonable return shipping costs or provide another suitable solution.
Condition of Return
Please package the goods securely to prevent transport damage during the return shipment.
If available, include the delivery slip. If no delivery slip is available, a note with your order number and full name is sufficient.
Refunds
After receipt and inspection of the returned goods, refunds are generally processed within 14 days.
Refunds are generally issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
We may refuse or reduce a refund where legally permissible if the returned goods are damaged, opened, used, incomplete, missing parts, or not in eligible return condition.
Non-Returnable Items
Excluded from return where legally permissible are in particular:
- Opened or partially used supplements and health products
- Products with a broken or removed hygiene or safety seal
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Gift cards, if offered
- Items not in original condition due to reasons not caused by us
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, please contact us as soon as possible by email and attach clear photos where possible.
We will review the issue and provide a suitable solution, such as replacement, refund, or return instructions.
Exchange
A direct exchange is not possible.
If you would like a different item or variant, please place a new order and request a return for the original item first.

Cancellation may be possible only if your order has not yet been processed or shipped.
