Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through Healthly Supply, operated by TRICOTAGE DES VOSGES SA.

Shipping Area

We deliver exclusively to customers in the United States.

We do not currently ship to the European Union, the United Kingdom, Canada, or any other countries outside the United States.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free of charge for all orders.

No minimum order value is required for free shipping.

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

Orders placed outside business hours may be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

After processing, delivery usually takes 4–7 business days.

The total estimated delivery time is therefore 5–9 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary in individual cases due to carrier delays, local delivery conditions, weather events, high shipping volume, or address issues.

Shipping Method

Orders are shipped from the United States.

Delays

If the delay is substantial, you may cancel the affected order and receive a refund for the affected item.

Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is returned due to an undeliverable address, non-acceptance, or failed delivery caused by incorrect customer information, we may deduct reasonable additional costs from the refund where legally permissible.

No Pickup

Personal pickup is not possible.
